Small Business Services
Preferred Solutions’ Small Business Services Group is a unique part of our Managed IT Services Practice, specifically designed to serve the needs of small and mid-sized businesses. This Group employs a dedicated team of computer and network technicians who provide diverse, on-demand services to businesses and offices not large enough to require their own full-time technical staff. All services are provided and billed on a non-contract basis.
Services Include:
● PC/server troubleshooting and problem resolution ● Hardware/software installation and support ● Network design, documentation, and support ● Back-up and disaster recovery planning ● Virus and spyware removal ● VPN, remote access, and remote management service ● Website design ● Software and technical training, consulting, and project management Our Commitment:
● We will provide a technician who is dedicated to your unique business operations ● We will return your calls within ONE HOUR OR LESS, within normal business hours ● We will provide same-day service wherever possible, but no later than next business day
Our Rates:
● Hourly support rate: very competitive ● One hour minimum onsite charge ● All services are on-demand, with no monthly service fees
The Preferred Solutions small business support model was designed to solve the common problems that small businesses face with independent IT support companies. We listened to small business owners, and this is a sample of what they had to say:
